We understand that, occasionally, you may need an exchange or warranty, and we strive to make this process easy and clear. The quality of our products and services to you is our priority at Trendy Market. Each product is inspected and tested under real conditions to ensure it meets the standards for its intended use. While it’s rare for our items to arrive damaged or defective, if you do receive a product with a defect, our quality control team will inspect it to determine if the damage is due to a manufacturing fault.
If the product shows a manufacturing defect, we will proceed with the exchange or return process. You have 30 business days from the purchase date to request a return or warranty. To start the process, please contact us at 89027569 or 85159669, and we will assist you promptly.

How Does the Warranty Work?
Thank you for choosing Trendy Market. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and we’ve designed a detailed warranty policy for products purchased through our delivery service.
Step 1: Upon contacting our support service via WhatsApp, one of our specialists will assist you by identifying the type of warranty based on the condition of the product (such as physical damage, breaks, or defects). If the product qualifies for an exchange, it will be processed within three business days after receiving your package.
Step 2: For electronic products, we’ll ask you to send photos or videos that show the damage or defect. If the claim is approved, we’ll arrange for the collection of the product at the agreed location and time.
Step 3: Once the technical evaluation is completed, you’ll receive a resolution within 15 business days. If repair is not possible, we’ll provide a replacement product or an alternative item of equal value.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories included.
- Monetary refunds are not applicable; products will be repaired, or if not repairable, replaced.
- Claims must be submitted within three business days after notifying the defect. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for exchange.
- Trendy Market will cover transportation costs if our quality control department confirms a manufacturing defect. If the damage is due to improper use (exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, falls), the customer will cover the return cost or may pick up the product at our warehouse free of charge.
- Personal use products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons in compliance with Costa Rican regulations. This includes items like shavers, hair clippers, and other personal care products.
Where to Make Exchanges Product exchanges can be made either in person at our warehouse or through our online customer service.
Online Sales Exchanges Exchanges for products purchased through our online channels must be handled exclusively through these means. Warehouse Exchanges
In-person exchanges can be made at our stores located in:
- Heredia Downtown, 125 meters south from Farmacia de los Ángeles.
- Alajuela Downtown, 75 meters north from Santa Anita's Gas Station
The warehouse service hours are:
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
